Are the prices really flat-rate, or will I be charged more on the day? +
Yes, completely flat-rate. The price listed for each package is what you pay at completion — no fuel surcharges, no travel fees within Lethbridge, no surprise charges for an extra dirty vehicle. The only additions are if you choose optional add-ons at booking.
Do you charge extra for larger vehicles like SUVs and trucks? +
Our standard pricing covers most passenger vehicles including sedans, hatchbacks, crossovers, and standard SUVs. For extended cab trucks, full-size SUVs (Suburban, Expedition, etc.), or 8-passenger vans, a small surcharge of $20–$30 may apply. We'll always confirm this during booking — never a surprise on the day.
How do I pay — can I pay with a card? +
We accept all major credit and debit cards, e-transfer, and cash. Payment is due at completion of the service, after you've done the walk-around with your technician and you're fully satisfied with the result.
What's included in the Exterior Wash add-on exactly? +
The Exterior Wash add-on (+$70) includes: crystal-clear window finish (interior and exterior glass), high-temperature steam disinfection of exterior surfaces, fabric and carpet deep extraction, complete interior shampoo service, UV defence treatment for plastic trims, and premium leather conditioning and care. It's designed to complement any interior package for a full inside-and-out result.
What does a Specialised ceramic coating cost approximately? +
Ceramic coating pricing varies based on your vehicle's size, current paint condition, number of layers applied, and whether paint correction is required beforehand. Entry-level single-coat applications typically start around $400–$600 for a standard vehicle. Multi-layer professional coatings with paint correction can range from $900–$1,800+. We provide a free in-person assessment and a detailed written quote before any work begins.
Is there a cancellation fee if I need to reschedule? +
We understand life happens. Rescheduling is always free with at least 24 hours notice. Cancellations with less than 24 hours notice may incur a $30 fee to cover the technician's travel and time allocation. Same-day cancellations (less than 2 hours before the appointment) are subject to a $50 fee.
Do add-ons apply to all packages, or only specific ones? +
Most add-ons are compatible with any package. Deep Seat Shampoo, Pet Hair Removal, and Odour Elimination work with any interior package. Ceramic Glass Coat, Scratch Removal, and Engine Bay Clean are best suited to the Premium Detail. Clay Bar, Iron Decontamination, and Tyre Shine are designed for the Exterior Wash add-on.
