How quickly will you confirm my booking request? +
We confirm all online booking requests within 2 hours during business hours (Mon–Fri 8am–6pm, Sat 8am–5pm, Sun 10am–3pm). If you submit a request outside of these hours, we'll confirm by 9am the next business day. You'll receive confirmation by email and a follow-up call or SMS.
Can I book same-day if I need a detail urgently? +
Same-day bookings are possible subject to technician availability — our schedule fills up quickly, especially on weekends. For the best chance of a same-day slot, call us directly at 403-555-0172 rather than booking online, and we'll check availability immediately.
Do I need to be present during the detail? +
You don't need to be present during the detail itself, but we ask that you're available at the start (to hand over your keys and confirm the scope) and at the end (for the walk-around). If that's not possible, just let us know in your booking notes and we'll arrange key collection and a photo-based completion report instead.
What if I need to reschedule or cancel? +
Rescheduling is always free with at least 24 hours notice — just call or email us. Cancellations with less than 24 hours notice may incur a $30 fee. Same-day cancellations (under 2 hours before your appointment) are subject to a $50 fee. We're flexible about rescheduling and will always work with you where we can.
Can I add more services after I've submitted my booking? +
Absolutely. You can request additions when we confirm your booking, or simply tell your technician when they arrive. Availability of some add-ons (like Scratch Removal or Engine Bay Clean) may depend on the technician's kit, but most are standard on every van. You can also call or email us any time before your appointment to update your booking.
Is my personal information kept private? +
Yes. We collect only the information necessary to confirm and complete your booking (name, contact details, address, and vehicle info). This information is never shared with or sold to third parties. We use it solely for appointment confirmation, service delivery, and occasional follow-up communications. You can request deletion of your data at any time by emailing hello@sparklingauto.ca.
