Do I need to provide water or electricity at my location? +
Not at all. Our van is fully self-contained with an onboard water tank, a generator,
and all the equipment needed to complete the service. All we need is enough flat space alongside your
vehicle to work comfortably — a driveway, parking spot, or level surface works perfectly.
Is there a travel fee for locations outside Lethbridge? +
There's no travel fee within Lethbridge city limits. For locations outside the city
(Coaldale, Coalhurst, Nobleford, Picture Butte, etc.), a small travel surcharge of $10–$25 may apply
depending on the distance. We'll confirm the exact amount when you book — never a surprise on arrival.
Can you detail my car at my workplace during business hours? +
Absolutely — this is one of the most popular options. As long as there's a regular
parking space and permission from your building management (if in a parkade), we can detail your vehicle
while you're at work. You arrive to a clean car at the end of the day. Just let us know the address and any
access notes when booking.
What if it rains on the day of my appointment? +
Interior-only packages (Mobile Basic, Premium Detail) can proceed in almost any
weather as they don't require an outdoor workspace for any chemical processes. If you've added the Exterior
Wash, light rain isn't usually an issue. Heavy rain or hail may require rescheduling for the exterior
component — we'll contact you the morning of your appointment if conditions are likely to be a problem and
offer a free reschedule.
Do you serve the University of Lethbridge or hospital areas? +
Yes. The University of Lethbridge, Chinook Regional Hospital, and all commercial and
institutional areas within Lethbridge are within our service zone. We regularly detail vehicles for staff
during shift hours. Contact us if you'd like to arrange a recurring detail schedule for a fleet or multiple
employees.
